The Retreat will be intensive and designed for students with some experience in
yoga and interest in pranayama (taught by Paddy) and meditation (taught by
Florian). The retreat requires your full commitment and participation
in all the yoga, pranayama and meditation sessions. The retreat will start
on Saturday, at 3 p.m. with tea and introduction. Be aware that basic
English-knowledge is necessary, and do not forget your yoga-mat ! The Retreat-Place is an old renovated
mill (the home of Florian’s parents) with a hall for yoga and meditation,
and surrounded by meadows and creeks.
Accomodation: The students will be
staying in tidy, but simple shared rooms in close-by guesthouses. In case
more fancy and expensive hotel rooms are requested, let us know when you
book in.
The
Mill is situated in the hilly countryside with lovely hiking-walks, near
the marvelous Alps and only 20 minutes walking distance from a lake. The
famous city of Salzburg (with an airport) and its sceneries of ‘Sound of
Music’ are only 25 km away and can be reached comfortably per car, train or
public-bus. (Details how to get there will be sent on request.)

Cost:
Donation for the
Teachers: At the end of the course the students are
expected to make a donation to the teachers and the kitchen staff.
Accomodation ca. € 100,- (has
to be payed directly to the guesthouses; ca. € 15,-/night)

€ 60,- (2 simple vegetarian meals,
snacks/tea)
